Carmella (Ferraro) Pagano

Carmela Pagano, 84, of Torrington, CT, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 19, 2018 at Valerie Manor.  Born in Lauro, Italy, Carmela was the daughter of the late Michele Ferraro and Clorinda (Rega) Ferraro, and devoted wife to Frank A. Pagano.

Carmela immigrated to the United States in 1963 following her marriage to Frank, and proudly became a U.S. citizen in 1968.  Carmella worked for many years at Fitzgerald Manufacturing Company and Timex, until her retirement.  Carmella enjoyed cooking for family and friends, and spending time with her grandchildren, the absolute joys of her life.

In addition to her husband, Carmela also leaves behind her son, Frank M. Pagano and his wife Kelli A. Pagano, of New Hartford, CT, and her beloved grandchildren, Mason M. Pagano and Nathaniel C. Pagano.  Carmella was predeceased by her sister, Asundina, and brothers Andrea, Angello, and Luigina.  She is survived by her brother Giovann of Italy.
