Angelina (Ann) C. Lindenmuth, 92, of Torrington, passed away peacefully Saturday December 15, 2018 at Litchfield Woods Health Care Center.
Ann was born in Mount Kisco, New York, on July 8, 1926 the daughter of and Mrs. Joseph Totino of Bedford Hills, New York. Ann was a graduate of Bedford Hills High School and was employed by Reader's Digest prior moving to Connecticut in 1960. Ann was the wife of the late Herman Lindenmuth.
Ann was a longtime resident of Torrington, was an active member of St. Peter's Parish, and had been employed at Worth's Boutique for over twenty years. Ann was a kind and gentle woman with a quiet demeanor and bright smile. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, cooking and spending time with her family. Ann had five sisters and two brothers along with many nleces and nephews.
Ann is survived by her sons Thomas, of Farmington and Dean, of Morris, daughter in law Lori, grandson Thomas and great granddaughter Reese, of Forestville. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all of Ann's caregivers, especially at Litchfield Woods Health Care Center and Hospice Visiting Nurse Services for the wonderful care, support and kindness they provided.
Ann's funeral will be held on Saturday May 11, 2019 with a Mass at Saint Peter Church. Friends are asked to meet directly at the church. Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery.
