Charles H Tibbals

Charles H. Tibbals, 77, of Torrington passed away April 22, 2024 at home.  He was born in Torrington June 24, 1946, son of Louis Tibbals Jr of Harwinton and the late Patricia Short Tibbals. a graduate of Lewis Mill High Class of 1964 and served in the Army in Germany during the Vietnam War.  He was retired from Eversource as a meter reader. An avid golfer he was a devoted music follower and collector.

In addition to his father, he leaves daughters Dawn Tibbals Guzman of Reidsville NC., and Heather Fisher and husband Stephen of Torrington, grandchildren John Guzman, Brett Fisher and wife Stephanie, Matthew Fisher and Alexis Fisher, as well as a special cousin Lee Howard Corbert. In addition to his mother, brothers Louis Jr. and Richard Tibbals predeceased him.

Graveside Services with Military Honors will be held Friday April 26 at 10 AM at Winchester Center Cemetery. "bye for now".  Memorial Contributions can be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
