Lillian M. Dupre, 87, of Torrington Ct. died Saturday, March 6, 2010 in Fredericksburg , VA. Mrs. Dupre was born in Fall River , Mass. October 26, 1922, daughter of William and Yvonne St. Germaine.
Mrs. Dupre moved to Torrington in 1968 and retired from Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in 1988.
She is survived by her Sister, Germaine Cordell and Son Raymond Girard, 2 step children, Pamela Yokubaitis and Mark Dupre, 2 grand children and 3 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Maurice Dupre, brother, Roland St. Germain and daughter Jean Amoroso. Funeral services will be held Thursday March 11 at St. Francis at 10:30. Martha Gonska, 92, of Torrington
 Martha Gonska, 92, of Torrington died Sunday, March 7th, 2010 at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital
She was the wife of the late John F Gonska. Born in Winsted, CT on July 29, 1917, the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Lipka) Steina, she was employed at the Needle Shop at The Torrington Co and also Hendy Mfg Co.
She is survived by grandsons Brian Perry and wife Mindy and Duane Perry and wife Renee of Florida and great grandchildren Emily and Kenny Perry. She also leaves nieces and nephews including Cindy and Bob Hart of Harwinton, and friends Anna and Bob Sullivan and Bill and Paula Hackett. She was predeceased by her daughter Barbara Perry.
Funeral Services will be held at Phalen Funeral Home 285 Migeon Ave Torrington at Noon on Thursday, March 11th with burial following at New St. Francis Cemetery. Engracia Kelleem, 88, of Lenox MA
Engracia Kelleem, 88, of Lenox MA passed away Monday, March 1st, 2010 at Providence Health Care Center in Lenox. She was the wife of the late Edward Kelleem.
Engracia was born in Pinar del Rio, Cuba on April 3, 1921, the daughter of the late Jose and Rufina (Luiz) Hernandez, and came to this country in 1957. She had lived in Hartford and Torrington prior to moving to Lenox. She worked as a seamstress at Berkshire Coat Factory and Stylish Chair in Pittsfield and also at Bonnie Mills and PTC Aerospace in CT.
She is survived by sons Reinaldo Alvarez and wife Marta of Key Largo Fl. and Manuel Alvarez and wife Ester, as well a sister in Cuba. She also leaves grandchildren, Reynaldo & Reynel Alvarez of Key Largo,Fla. Abel, Luis Mauel and Yolyana Alvarez of Pinar del Rio, Cuba and nieces Martha Thompson and Nora O'Brien of Pittsfield MA, Dulce Nader, Lily Pescatore, and Jemeli Grocki of Torrington and Freda Foley of Boston, and nephews Carlos Shacar of Pittsfield and Fred Chakar of Rye Brook NY. and a very good and loyal friend Gordon Dunham of Pittsfield. A Son Jesus (Jesse) L. Hernandez predeceased her in 1988.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 10 AM at Phalen Funeral Home 285 Migeon Ave Torrington. Burial will follow at New Saint Francis Cemetery.
