Stephen B Bennett, 62, of Torrington, CT, passed away Saturday, March 31st, at home. He was the husband of Valerie Longhi Bennett.

Stephen was born in Torrington, CT on September 11, 1955, a son of the late Helena (Lewandowski) and Bertram Bennett, and was a self employed painter

In addition to his wife he leaves a daughter Stephanie Galt and stepson Jacob Sherwood, brother Chet Bennett and sisters Mary Armbruster, Beverly Prahm, Barbara Prahm, and Kate Bosco. He was predeceased by a brother Louis Bennett and sister Bridget Bennett.
