Reuben Garnett Jr. of Torrington, CT passed on Monday, October 3rd, 2016, at Litchfield Woods. Reuben was born on February 3rd, 1967 in Christiansted, St Croix U.S. Virgin Islands.

He was preceded in death by his mother Esmie Fox and brother David E. Fox                

He is survived by his father Reuben Garnett Sr. of FL, three brothers Melwyn Fox and spouse Marvette of St Croix, Glenston Fox and spouse Karen of Torrington and Sylvester Williams of St Kitts: three sisters Jasmine Fox of Torrington, Valerie Fox of East Hartford and Cassandra Fox of NY; two uncles Melvin and Sammy Fox of the UK, two aunts Viola Fox of NY and Alice Percival of St Thomas, twelve nephews Melwyn Fox Jr., Myron, Marlon, Maxwell, Akeem, Ahkeem, Melvyn, Melvaugn Fox, Moses Malone, Kareem Webster, Dion Battle, Diondre Ray and Brandon Monterio; six nieces Dany, Verlencia, Samantha, Diane, Natasha and Alexia Fox.

Memorial service will be 2:00pm, Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Phalen Funeral Home, 285 Migeon Avenue, Torrington, CT 06790.
