Randal "Randy" Vincent, 59, of Winchester CT, passed away suddenly Tuesday, October 4th, at Hartford Hospital. He was the husband of Debra Nettleton Vincent and loving father to Julie Vincent, his pride and joy.

Randy was born in Gary IN on September 10, 1957, and found a home in Connecticut as a young adult pursuing his dream of being a carpenter and worked various developments across the State, later founding his own company RV Construction. Randy combined his talent for the trade with his desire to give back and dedicated many years to volunteering and improving Torrington Elks Lodge and Pond. He was a member and Past Elk of the Year at Torrington Elks and his determination and meticulous nature was exemplified in the countless hours he put into his craft. He had a love for the outdoors where he enjoyed many days deep sea fishing, hunting, and boating. He also had many trips to Newport RI where he admired the history and ocean waters. He will be remembered for his masterful grilling and gourmet skills in the kitchen and his humble and honest, kind soul and love for his dogs, Jess, Prince, and Dixie.

In addition to his wife and daughter, he leaves step children Kelly (Concannon) Samples and husband Jay, Kristen (Concannon) Robustelli and husband Luke and 3 grandchildren, a sister Tara and husband Mark and brother in law Arsenio, half brother Bill, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister Tamara.
