Nelson Bessette, 55, of St Torrington, passed away Tuesday, January 3rd, at home.

Nelson was born in Torrington, CT on April 25, 1961, a son of Thomas Pierson Bessette and wife Barbara of North Carolina and the late Ann Boulet Bessette. He attended Oliver Wolcott Tech and was a former employee of Hotchkiss Brothers and Rexam Mfg. and was also a self taught auto mechanic.

He is survived by two sons Michael and Stephen and wife Ericka and a granddaughter Kayleigh.

He also leaves sisters Susan Dziedzic and husband Timothy and Patricia Breakell

and husband Clyde and a brother, Thomas and wife Laurie, an aunt Ellen Brodeur and cousin Zoe Belliveau.
