Monica Frances (Rosenbeck) Marchell

Monica F Marchell, 78, of Torrington, CT passed away Sunday, July 16th, at Yale New Haven Hospital.

Monica was born in Torrington, CT on August 16, 1938, a daughter of the late Veronica (Regis) and James Rosenbeck.

She had worked for Murphy's Store, A&P, and White Flower Farm.

She leaves three daughters, Lisa Murphy and husband James and their children Hunter and Hayden; Audra Zordan and husband Gerald Zordan Jr and their children Samantha and Amanda,and Jocelyn all of Torrington; and Dianna Schmitt and children Jeramie, Chad, and Nikki Lynn of TN. She also leaves sisters Frances Shandra of Winsted and Dolores Hall of Torrington with whom she made her home, as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother James J Rosenbeck Jr.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Thursday, July 20th at Saint Francis Church in Torrington, with burial following at Saint Peter Cemetery.
