Joseph A Janco

Joseph A. Janco, 54, of New Hartford, CT passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 25th at his residence.  He was the husband of Lina (Pineda) Janco. 

Joseph was born in Torrington, CT on November 21, 1962 to Ann Marie (Albanese) Janco and the late Joseph J. Janco, Jr.  Joseph worked at Becton Dickinson for 21 years, most recently as a molding operator for their world renowned hypodermic needle manufacturing operation.  Joseph was an avid Red Sox fan and he loved spending time with his children and his other family members.  I addition to his wife and mother, he leaves his two sons Nicolas (14) and Santiago (9) as well as his brothers:  Christopher Janco and wife Sabrina of Harwinton, Robert Janco and his wife Annette of New Hartford, Daniel Janco and his wife Melissa of New Hartford, his sister Joann Scaringella of Littleton, MA, as well as 11 nephews and nieces. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 Am on Friday, June 30th at Saint Peter’s Church located at 107 East Main Street, Torrington.
