My deepest sympathy for your loss. I was so blessed to have Ellie in my life. She did so much for my daughters, so much more than just taking care of them. She taught them, encouraged them, listened to them, loved them, and always had time for every child she watched. Their lives were so influenced in a positive way because of Ellie. Bob, Scott, Terri, Ashlee, we loved her, thank you for sharing your mom/grandmother with all of us. She was a special lady. I miss the times I got to know her later on while I gave her quarterly haircuts. (I swear her hair only grew in the summer) She will be in all of our hearts forever.
