Donald F Mougenot

Donald F Mougenot, 87, of Torrington, CT, passed away Friday, July 7th, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. He was the husband of the late Norma Killiany Mougenot.

Donald was born in Torrington, CT on September 14, 1929, a son of the late Cecelia (Begey) and August Mougenot. He was a graduate of Saint Francis School and Torrington High Class of 1947. He was an original Founder and Owner of Ruwet and Sibley Sales in Torrington and later worked as a sales representative for Eager Beaver. In his later life, he spent Summers in Westerly RI and Winters in Stuart FL.

He was a member of Torrington Elks Lodge, Torrington Country Club, and Westerly Yacht Club.

He leaves three nieces, Leslie Smith and husband Henry, Maureen Marino and husband William, and Cheryl Separy, several grand nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, July 11th at Saint Francis Church in Torrington, CT . There are no calling hours. online memorials www.phalenfuneral.com
