Clara (Ricchi) Grossetti

Clara Grossetti, 96, of Torrington, CT, passed away Saturday, June 9th, at her home.

She was the wife of the late Amedeo "Lefty" Grossetti.

Clara was born in Housatonic, MA on October 20, 1921, a daughter of the late Cecilia (Gento) and Alexandro Ricchi.

She is survived by a son, Joseph Grossetti and wife Phyllis of Torrington and a daughter Barbara Hogan of Harwinton, grandchildren Brian and Amy Hogan and Jeremy and Ryan Grossetti, as well as 9 great grandchildren. She also leaves a sister Eva Simona of Housatonic  MA and was predeceased by son in law Ronald Hogan and sisters Mary Mallaly and Irma Gillette.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday June 13 at 11:00 AM at Phalen Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Saint Peter Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home prior to the service from 10-11 AM.
