Charles Usher

Charles G. Usher, 76, of Torrington, CT, passed away Tuesday, April 17th, at home with family,  husband of Lorraine Leonard Usher.
Charles was born in Troy, NY on June 12, 1941, son of the late Donald Usher and Nora (Greeley).  A graduate of Saint Francis School, Torrington High, and The University of Hartford, he was a Production Manager for Airpax of Cheshire.  He was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather.
In addition to his wife, he leaves a son Charles Usher Jr with Tammy Bolesh of Madison and his daughter Celia; daughters Wendy Lockwood and husband Bruce and their children Kyle and Sarah of Milford; Kelly O'Connell and husband Sean of Westerly RI and their children Michael, Matthew, and Mitchell. He also leaves a brother Donald Usher and wife Elaine of Brewster MA ,brother in laws and sister in laws  Beverly Usher of Bantam, Edward Machuga and wife Eileen,  William Leonard and wife Marty,  Edward Leonard and wife Jennifer,  Richard Leonard and wife Mary and several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by brother Robert Usher and sister Salann Ross and brother in law Joseph Ross.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:30 AM on Tuesday, April 24th at Saint Francis Church in Torrington, CT . Friends may call prior to the Mass 9:30 to 11:00 Tuesday, April 24th at Phalen Funeral Home.
