There was no one who more firmly believed in the promise of the Resurrection through faith in Christ, than AL did! We shall miss our regular earthly interaction with him @ worship in Trinity Church. May God grant him 'Rest Eternal' and bring divine comfort to all the sorrowing members of his family!

We all loved Uncle Al. As young children it was like Christmas when we heard he and Aunt Olive were coming to visit us in Jefferson. Always so kind, caring and funny. We had the good fortune to hear Al's sense of humor in action the last two falls and will never forget how he 'reached out and touched someone', one of our favorite stories. So grateful Uncle Al was part of our lives and so sorry for your loss.

Olive and family, I was so sorry to hear about Bub. He was such a nice man and a great friend to my Dad and I. Always loved to chat with him whenever we met. I remember as a kid hanging out with my father at his father's gas station on South Main. We spent many years together at SNET, and he had a great sense of humor. Hope you all are doing okay.
